External pause/resume button was created by txtrone
I am running PlasmaC (not QT) and would like to have an external button to pause/resume a program. The manual has an example, which is not super clear... and I could not make it work. Just curious if anyone here has gotten this to work with PlasmaC.

Rodw had Plasmac running with external buttons and lites. You may want to search his posts for code.

I slimmed mine down for qtplasmac becasue the buttons on the control panel are at the back of the machine so never used them. I just have the red, yellow and green lights coming on solid now. I need to give it a clean up and see if I can bring the buttons onto my pendant.
