				Looks pretty good. Its just the Ohmic threshold is set higher than your voltage being read so it will never trigger
In custom.hal

First check the 0 volt and max-volt frequencies agree with the sticker on your THCAD card.
If you have a voltage adjustment on your power supply, see if you can adjust it to read  exactly 24 volts with a multimeter (not a biggie)
Check the ohmic-volts in halshow again
Adjust  ohmicsense.ohmic-threshold to be about 2 volts below it. eg. about 17.5 volts  based on your readings.
