Can you backup your config from the BACKUP button on the SETTINGS tab and post it here. I will make a Sim and see if that leads me to the issue.

Fresh install made from the 2.9.2 ISO on website.
Made new config by "Pncconf" (i796) same parameters (but made new, did not copied old files).
SAME IDENTICAL ERROR
Now two possibilities remains:
1) The Debian ISO is faulted someway (the system or LinuxCNC or QTPlasmaC)
2) My PC is faulted (even if I don't think it is a hardware problem)
More checks:
1) I will try a buildbot installation.
2) I will temporary try with my laptop (I mean to install on another PC)
SAD.

Yes sure, here it is.
Please note it's a fresh install (just 30minits ago) so materials parameters are efault/not edited .
(I just created materials numbers/name for not receiving the material error while loading the gcode files)
Thank you very much.

Are you using an imperial config?
I just set up an imperial sim and set the locale to US and I do see the issue.

Could it be the ISO Debian system containig something wrong? (I mean, I think you install LinuxCNC but not the all Debian ISO).
During the installation of the ISO I connected to internet and the installation dowloaded some upgrade... could be that?
All this is really strage, maybe I need to call an EXORCIST!!

Now I read (before I was reading wrong): with my config and locale US you are seeing the issue...
If it's not possible to solve, could you just tell mi another locale with Latin characters (I mean not chinese) that do not present the issue?
So I will just use that locale to solve
thanks

I do see the issue in a sim using your config.
Leave it with me and I will find a solution.

I think there is an issue with the holes calculations, can you edit your gcode so it is #<holes> = 0 rather than #<holes> = 2 and see if that improves things.
