Great news! Quite some hours getting this to work on the RPi in Pi OS. It's been working for ages in Arch Linux....

Just had the time to test this out. This is way better now scotta! Thank you very much!! The axis backplot still feels a little bit snappier (especially when rotating the view) But it is good enough for me to switch over from axis.

Does the ATC tab in probe_basic work for you guys? It does not show anything for me (in the sim as well as on my own machine). I don't really mind it not working since i am manually changing tools but i think it not working is messing up my tool screen and tool database.

the atc tab ist perfect for umbrella or side mount tool changers.
I like the widget, with a litte bit of work it can be adopted to different types of tool changers. I am working with a basket tool changer and modified my tool change code to detect if a tool is in the toll changer or If I need to manually change it.
I made the adjustments to suite my needs and really loving probe_basic.

I'm trying to get VTK to work on a Rpi4 with Raspian Lite and Openbox mainly because the desktop OS's change the colors of widgets to match someone's style in some far off place I guess.
Anyway I downloaded the deb and did dpkg -i and got this error.
Do you have the steps you used to build the deb?

Don't execute "wget

"
You will end up for some reason with a incomplete downloaded file.
