No luck updating. I get the following :

Hit:1 deb.debian.org/debian buster InRelease
Hit:2 deb.debian.org/debian buster-updates InRelease
Hit:3 security.debian.org/debian-security buster/updates InRelease
Get:4 buildbot.linuxcnc.org buster InRelease [37.8 kB]
Fetched 37.8 kB in 2s (19.8 kB/s)
Reading package lists... Done
W: Skipping acquire of configured file 'buster/binary-amd64/Packages' as repository 'buildbot.linuxcnc.org buster InRelease' does not seem to provide it (sources.list entry misspelt?)

The calibration function works in AXIS, but not in Qtdragon. Also the same with "override limits'. With an axes on the limit switch, and "override limit" checked, one cannot power on the machine.

You definitely have old code. I don;t know the problem. Andy just released 2.8 so maybe names are changing for buildbot debs.

I don't quite understand your keyboard problem. Do you have the calibration button inactive?

Hi hottabich,
Yes, calibration button is inactive and also override limits does not work.

BTW, is that a newer GUI ? I see the Calibration good there.

This is my version of QtDragon. Download the file and unzip it to your sim.qtvcp_screens.qtdragon folder with replacement. Sensor in the NC files folder. Images in sim.qtvcp_screens.qtdragon and add missing files to it.
I just can't hang everything. On all paths, the name of Jura is replaced by its own. Especially in qtdragon.grc the operation of the calibration button depends on it.

thanks hottabich,
i was trying sudo update before I saw your post and it updated the GUI to the new one. Only its faded out , it doesn't have the grey colour. Setting- calibrations button now works and brings up the calibration screen. but still over travel override select not working.

i will run your files ...

Is my version open? There are some pretty good macros there.
