missing lib/python/qtvcp/designer

I did create a symlink to the file qtvcp_plugin.py. and placed it in the specified directory.

However, after running the script all is well. Thank you for your support on this.

If you have a chance could you take a look at the issue I am having compiling a kinematics module.
