2+2+3 More Plasma builds, double the joy ! 3X2M and 2.5X1.5M cnc plasma build.

We have movement! Last night at something over 1AM one of the machines was moving and homed the Z and X axis, X using a drill bit as a sensor trigger, the Y banging on hard stops for a while as there are no sensor triggers mounted yet! All sensors are working, float also, forgot to mount the laser on one of the Z's, electronics for the other machine are not finished yet, etc etc etc ....
All in all i was not satisfied at all with the results today and had a headache so went to grab a coffee with a friend and he reminded me that i am working on this and the other things and still managed to get them nearly finished in a month and a week, so that cheered me up a bit.
Still raining and snowing so no work on the building next door, really really need that as i have no place to put the machines!

The bigger one is done, tuning and everything, well except the side plates that i have to cut and send for paint and the plastic cap on the Z axis i have to make/bend.... and open the Z axis as the float sensor cable inside developed a nasty habit of getting under the Z axis home/limit sensor ... every time it goes up, like 100% precision!
On to the next one, electronics ... and some other stuff !
Also cleaned just a bit of that mess in the above pictures, literally collected all the cr@p from the floor by hand, did not want to turn on the vacuum and wake the neighbourhood at 3AM.

Writing a cease and desist notice promptly ....
Suing for unlawful use of illegally obtained material in picture form ...
What else can i add ?
