For that short length, no worries, not much flex there even when not tightened much.
Have you tested the belt yet? I did hang my full weight on it, could not feel it stretching at all.
That is two belts holding 86Kg. Was scared to try just one!

Did a test last night and had 22m of sag. Having to come up with a way to get significant pretension on the belt before clamping it into the tensioning system. But i have a plan to try today. Will try and post a pic if I can manage it with only 2 hands.

On request by @OddWick here is a video of the new Z axis that is mostly 3D printed and already shown on pictures in this topic, hopefully it is easier to see how it works and how the home/max and float switches are set up.
If anyone wants the STL files, most probably i have those on the file server and despite having to sift through all the versions, given the time, i will clean and upload here.
