Well, I am trying to test the component for first time.
But getting Import error for unique. (attached)
I had installed python-enum, but sudo apt-get install python-enum34 installation failed, saying "unable to locate package"
Where to get? Do i need to add any repository??

I see that you have Debian 7 32bit (i686). i686 seems to be less supported lately.
Debian 10 works fine with a Gekco540 on a parallel port for me.
Also a good way to test is to use a virtual machine. I have a compensation set up and working there too. I use to use Virtualbox but have now gone to LinuxKVM.

Z-Compensation in LinuxCNC seems like a super important feature - particularly for milling work items such as PCBs and the like.
Are this still thread and the original Git repo still the de-facto resources with respect to documentation?
