y axis and z axis runs contrary to the equipment of what they do on the computer
how do I change it

thanks now it works, but I still have problems with distance. in stepconf wizard I got it to fit with distance, for example, 10mm. but when I run it in linuxcnc distances are only 5mm
Sounds like microstepping. Double the microstepping number in stepconf.

Is this a LiveCD installation, or did you compile it?
You sometimes get this if realtime crashed previously. Might be worth restarting the PC and trying again.
