Hi Alex, I confirmed the IO on the EC300 and it is correct. So there is a slight difference between the NVEM and EC300. I have updated the source and created individual firmware versions for the NVEM and EC300. Can you please test the NVEM version?Hi Scott
Could I get you to check this
I am running an NVEM RT-1052, when I activate remora.output.00 OUT-2 comes on.
And vice versa. remora.output.01 turns OUT-1.
This seems to be backwards. Is this whats intended?
Thanks
Alex

Not to throw a spanner in the works. I I have an ST clone that I have not flashed and I got it to upload the firmware to the EC500 RT-1052. I used pyocd on linux (Buster)Unfortunaly i have only an stlink v2 at home
Worth a try if you only have one ST, let us know if it works for you also.
Cheers.

I literally tried this today without success (on Windows). pyOCD first complained about the old firmware version. I did a firmware upgrade to the minimum version number supported, pyOCD would not connect to the ST-link, upgrading to the latest firmware had the same result.

What version of firmware is your ST-Link?
I've got a couple new ST-Links I'll give a try as this would be great if an out of the box solution would reliably work.

A question.. i use for the test bench a Lenovo T420.. did you have latency problem with notebook?? the first time the machine is started it come out with a latency problem error (sorry i dind't remember the right error.. it was about 2:00 am ) and if i start a gcode program when the F are hight (about 800) it stop with a "following error"..
What could be?? i have made a mix of hal and ini with the example in repo and the one posted by frayja2002
Same gcode executed form the same pc with a windows 10 running and the NVME flashed with original Mach3 fw run well..
P.s. remora and NVME work good over a raspberry PI3B or have latency problem?
Thanks

I have done some further testing of the new firmware (remora-rt1052-NVEM-0.0.2.bin ) & have found that the various input pins in the MPG area are now not working (that used to work before)
Attached is a list of input pins that were working but are now not working. (written in no particular order)
I have flashed remora-rt1052-0.0.1.bin back into the box & can confirm this.
I was using one of these inputs as an Estop (as per the pic.
Thanks
