sorry, yes its for the tangnano9k boards and i released the files now:

i using this encoder:

the hal component is inside the rio driver

setp rio.PV.4-scale 600
net spindle-position rio.PV.4 => spindle.0.revs
net spindle-index-enable rio.PV.4-index-enable <=> spindle.0.index-enable

its in a new branch: g33

and there are maybe problems with the free toolchain,
i used the original gowin tools for this
