Hello,
can you post pictures from the old control panel and the control in the cabinet?
I think i remeber that the 332 control is only an labeld Heidenhain TNC335. If this is so than there is no output for ttl signals. That G6 card is the whole Axis Controller, may be you can indentify the interpolator circuit and solder wires direct to the pcb. But that will be no differential signals.

It is an TNC355, look here Page 16
product.heidenhain.de/JPBC/image/FILEBAS...C/605716_00_a_02.pdf
Usage of the board will be much efford. I tryed this years ago, the whole power supply with many different voltages musst run and some pins that normaly came from the cpu board has to be set. a pity that i have no longer acces to the schematics from the board.
I think getting 4 used EXE6xx would be much easier.

Hello db1981,
Just tell me if it's worth trying to figure out how to connect this G6 with 7i77? Can you be more specific about how can i find the TTL terminals from this board and can you tell me more about CPU terminals that you were talking about. In my country, i am not able to find exe 6xx cards. And also i don't know which EXE card will work with these linear scales. I want to reuse this card(if possible). Please guide me how can i do it?

This will need some reverse enginnering from the pcb. you need electronics knowledge for this...
in the down left corner from your picture are the 3 interpolator circuits.
Scale input connector - input comparator (LM339 ??) - 3 mystic analog devices (A,B,Z) - then we got digital (resistor network, 74SN XXXX IC'S) there are the encoder pulses.
You have to measure the analog inputs (a/b) and compare it with the pins at the first nand gate from the digital site to find A and B. (min. 3 Channel Oszilloscope) .
But for this the control has to be alive. After this you have to try to get it work in standalone. There must be an Common Clock for all three Axis evaluating stages, came from an quartz, but i might remeber this was switched by an logic gate, this was the trick to get the interpolators running.
More i can't tell without an board or schematic.
EXE602 would be fine, 610 too but has not so an high interpolation rate.

I guess i should go with the 6xx cards instead of screwing up with this card. Can you guys tell me the exact model no. Of the exe card that i should buy for these linear scales? I have already attached the details of my encode earlier.

EXE602 would be nice.
your scales have an period of 20µ , with 5 fold interpolation through the exe you will get 4µ, after the quadrature counter(4x) in the mesa you will get an resolution of
0.001mm.

Some 602's output 1µm and other 5µm (maybe there are others). Do a search of my 400E thread, and you will find the model numbers of the two I used, and their resolutions.

I have EXE602B and D , both have jumpers inside to change between 1 and 5 fold interpolation.

Even the 602exe has several versions. And I'm having hard time finding which one would be best for me.
