I have connected MESA for support. MESA is the company that sold the two boards to me. They are the ones that said LinuxCNC could help me with the software.
Continuing threating and not helping me will only get this website closed down.

The pipe error could also be caused by a full drive, how much free disk space to you have?

Raspberry Pi 4B 8Gb
Raspberry Pi OS (64-bit) A port of Debian Bullseye (Released: 2022-09-22)

Error Message:

From Getting LinuxCNC

Perhaps, from what I see, the error may be due to the fact that the installation refers to a package .deb for the 32-bit version (armhf) while the Raspberry Pi OS (64-bit arm64) is installed.

Perhaps, from what I see, the error may be due to the fact that the installation refers to a package .deb for the 32-bit version (armhf) while the Raspberry Pi OS (64-bit arm64) is installed.

The thread title says 32 bit.

I keep telling him to just install the pre-packaged 64-bit SD card image with kernel and application already installed, and he replies with threats to close the forum down and (apparently) reporting me to the moderators (not noticing that I am a moderator)

Some people offer more motivation to help them than others.

Anyway, the instructions on the web site specify Raspbian 10, and the system installed appears to be Raspbian 11.

@tommylight
andypugh gives bad advice. I DID NOT follow any of his advice.

I have LinuxCNC running on a Raspberry Pi 4 8Gb (version 1.5 - new). Also, the sd card works in a Raspberry Pi 4 8Gb (version 1.4 - old)

I started with a clean install of:
2022-09-22-raspios-bullseye-arm64.img

Then I installed synaptic. Which I edited the sourses.list to point to Debian wormbook:
2.9.0~pre0+git20220906.02744cdef6-1

Then I installed LinuxCNC 2.9.0~pre0.
