Still not clear where the HF noise is coming from

Can you try the same with D=0 (You really should not need D in velocity mode)

I'm looking at a out and I see it is almost exactly as f error. This seems odd to me

What were your PID, FF1. FF2, and Deadband settings for the above 2 plots?
