In the brother motor there's a single cable being output and it contains both resolver and encoder signals that enter the CN3 spindle driver. In this case, the second connector (CN2), which indeed has 20 pins , would be the one shown on the spindle amplifier page of the Kitamura mill manual.

I got the pinout from some blurry picture from some other forum, but can't find it at the moment. It is the pinout of the connection between control and servo amplifier for X-Y-Z axis. Didn't have a look at spindle control yet.

If the labels on the wiring are correct, the spindle servo is running off of 3 phase 210V.

Hi,
have Brother TC-321 with similar Spindle drive 20BA150FFWB2. All axes and spindle connected to motherboard with 20 pin connectors. Axes and spindle shares the same connector pinout:

20 pin > 7i77 connector
1 > (TB5)24 AOUT
2 > (TB5)23 GND
3 > (TB4)17 QA5
4 > (TB4)18 /QA5
5 >(TB4)20 QB5
6 >(TB4)21 /QB5
7 >(TB4)20 IDX5
8 >(TB4)21 /IDX5
15 >(TB5)22 ENA5+
16 >(TB5)21 ENA5-

17 - + 24V
18 - Alarm out

Hi, Spindle drive powered from 2 sources.

Control
R210
T210

Power Stage
RM1
SM1
TM1

P.S.
As usual Brother manuals with mistakes. So in one place voltage labeled as SM1 in other CN1.

thank you @ricardo ...
yes The driver needs two power imput one is for logical board (100v AC is other transformer inside the driver and 4 rectifier bridge ,caps, voltage regulators ) and one (3x200v AC )for IGBT
If you look carefully pinout of axes is similar (mark on the schematic with "same as X-axis) but the spindle signal must be little different .Could you sent me the manual via e-mail: craschip@yahoo.com just schematic diagram pages please.
If you need some electronic part just tell me (tc 225 come to my with some electronics ,in the box) i save to foundry in last minute

Well, want to clarify:
there are main control signals - Speed control Voltage, Encoder A/A, B/B, C/C, Enable, Amp Fault. In my machine they share same pinout.
It is likely that there are specific signals suitable for Spindle (Load meter) and for axis drives only, but they use another pins.
In my case, one adapter can control axis and the spindle drive (Brother TC-321 uses analog Voltage control).
@stal, i don't have full documentation, just a few pictures of the diagrams. I will send what I have.
