When i plug my vfd in and enable it eeven though not applying any voltag i get vibrations. Its a tc215 have anyone experienced anything similar? im running it on 230v, might that be a reason should be fine since 210v +/-10% ( this is not for the main voltage where i have 200v three phase only 230 on the control voltage)

The spindle and servo should be identical connections. but the toshiba version i remember are different than sanyo. There is another thread on a 211 here than might help.
As for vibrating, If you have no signal connected it is floating, and it could be seeing the noise as a motion command. So I think you need to connect a signal.
I don't know what r/s210 are, ET is enable I think. Sadly I only have the user manual for the 225/215, but not the electrical diagram.

i tried with a battery and and variable psu but it makes alot of noise and shuts off because of overheating after maybe a minute of running, i guess the drive is overheating since i dont got the tempreature sensor connected. Any help or thoughts would be much appriciated. is it possible to send videos or maybe audio files?

Why not hook it up correctly/ the pinouts are in this thread. You cant expect anything to work if you have it only half connected.

Do keep track at what brush was in what orifice and how it was oriented, that is very important.

Noise and vibrations are from interference with unshielde/ungrounded wires, but since it is an old machine, check if motors have brushes and if they do, yank them out and use compressed air inside the brush orifice to remove the fine dust that gathers there and can cause heating during normal work.i tried with a battery and and variable psu but it makes alot of noise and shuts off because of overheating after maybe a minute of running, i guess the drive is overheating since i dont got the tempreature sensor connected.
