LOL, no your not wearing me out. I know that Sherline sells their machine with EMC so my thought was to make it easier to find Sherline related posts if we had a forum for that.

I figured that was your thought. It's hard to project humor through a keyboard. I wasn't sure where my original post was most appropriate either.
I see where Sheetcam will let you specify "a" file extension but don't see a "Filter" section in the EMC *.ini file. I'm assuming I need to add a filter section with a filter for *.ngc and one for *.tap? I'm not a programmer but I play one at work LOL.
Fortunately, the old PC has come back to life so I am taking time to dig into the new one and get my hands into the guts of this thing.
