Problem with Run

Thanks to all - finally got manual tool change to work. The problem WAS in the axis_manualtoolchange.hal file and MaHa's version did work (I mistakenly thought I had changed the .hal file but forgot the permissions - got it right this time!)

Perhaps someone should let Jon Elson know the build package for pico pwm has an error in the axis_manualtoolchange.hal file.
