Thank you tommylight, there is G40 on, there is another offset we need to turn off?
Also tool compensation usually does not move to one side only, G41/G42 would left a part that could be smaller or bigger but not shifted, I think...

Possibly stray XY tool offsets in the tool table? Typically a mill would never use the XY columns.

Hi Andy, we are using the gmoccapy screen and not using tool compensation at all G40 is at the beginning of the program.

I am talking about tool offset, not compensation.
Tools can have lengths in all axes, not just Z.

sure they do!, but only using G41/G42 they use radius or diameter compensation, also as stated before part will end up bigger or smaller not shifted.
