G43 applies all offsets from the tool table _except_ radius.
You if you had spent half as much time checking the tool table for x and y offsets as you have telling me that I am wrong we would know by now if that was the problem.

sure they do!, but only using G41/G42 they use radius or diameter compensation, also as stated before part will end up bigger or smaller not shifted.

actually can't go to the machine right now, but I will check it anyway.
I'm used to work with many other CNCs where G43 only apply to lengths, sorry if my answer put you in bad mood i will inform any news about it as soon as I can confirm what you suggest.
