I just wiring my diy cnc lathe control panel
I attach all components in to piece of wood and hook it to metal panel.
use some 3 core wires and computer psu cables for signal wires.
24V 15A supply for motors and 12V external supply for cooling fans,
add a estop for emergency purpose.
contactor for 3 phase motor and TB6600 drivers use motor stepper motors,.
add a 2 pole breaker for switch the power supplies,
5 axis breakout board used for my project!
little messy but it is my first time, trying to eliminate faults next time.
how can I control 3 phase motor via bob(bob onboard relay to power the 22OV contactor coil)?
I want to use M3 and M5 to CW and Stop the spindle>

any ideas?

1x 470 ohm resistor
1x darlington transistor NPN
1x smal 12V or 24V relay
Check your BOB if it outputs 5V when that output is turned on from the computer. This is for BOB's with buffer IC's, for the ones with opto outputs the resistor should be 1K and the wiring is slightly different.

In that case you should add another relay so the 220V is not wired to the BOB.
I do not trust these BOB's.
Is the big motor relay 220 or 24V opetated ?
If it is 24V you can wire it to the relay in BOB.

it may help you
Font forget the 12-24V wirer for input and use the VFD error back to get motion only on full Spindle speed or a error regioniced

what is the mesa card you are used here.
my spindle wiring is
live(hot) to bob relay common
when turn on relay live connected to 220V contactor A1(coil of contactor)
neutral to A2 of contactor

then start the motor.
is output pin enable 16 or 17 to show spindle rotating or not?
