To drive a motor Fwd and Reverse, if it is a 3-phase motor, you can use 2 3-pole relays.
1 relay is on-off.
The other is used to reverse the motor.
Off Off = Off
Off On = Off
On Off = Fwd
On On = Rev
Is it a three-phase motor?
The same is probably true for a single phase reversible motor, but might need more poles to switch. You need to emulate what the reversing switch does with a relay.
