linix cnc recrofiting

i have a cnc milling machine to recrofit , this machine with ac analog servo with 5v encoders

but problem is x drive is not working then i buy new drive and motor that drive is only working with puls and dircction mode

my machine has

x drive digital servo (step and direction )
y drive analog servo(with 5v encoder)
z drive anlog servo( with 5v encoder)

5i25 or 7i92M, with 7i77 and 7i78.

That gives you 6 servo with encoder ports and 4 step and direction. plus you'll have two spindle with encoders.

I don't know if that is the most cost effective, but that's what I would use. Pretty robust.

i deside to order 7i92 +7i77+7i78 but i have small problem

7i92_7i77x2D is this firmware match with 7i92+7i77+7i78

and also in pin copiger 7i92_7i77x2D firmware is not showing

how can i make it visible

you may ask PCW direct
for a better bitfile

the 7i92 is the same as 5i25 so you can use pncconf to get a base config
but you can also get lots of base here on forum as may using them
i got no servos i use only steppers
