Yes, there are 2 problems in the hal file:
1.
all lines like
setp pid.x.maxerror .0005
setp pid.y.maxerror .0005
setp pid.z.maxerror .0005
should be deleted

2.
The PID "P" value for all Axis should be 1000, not 1
that is, change all
P = 1
to
P = 1000
