Yes, copy and pasted changed the dash. Now it works

hardware-irq-coalesce-rx-usecs 0
text is corrupted (wrong dash symbol)

Understood, thank you PCW.Hardware driver settings are per device so should be in the interfaces file
under the specific device (enp0s25 in this case) you are configuring,
so no, he did not have it set properly

Actually its was not that hard and I've seen this before, in the forum email I got:
auto enp0s25
