				Use the "watch" window in Halshow to see what is happening, paying special attention to the PID inputs, feedback and output.
Maybe your spindle encoder shows positive speeds for negative directions?
You can start Halshow in Axis with"Machine -> Show Hal Configuration"
Other GUIs may have it in different places.
With any GUI, the command "halcmd loadusr halshow" will launch the utility.

				I think we need to see the pid.s.... pins and the spindle.0..... motion.spindle pins

				Imo we can see the value -100 for spinout when you run backward. But you need PID allways positive !
I suspect that you do not use the file i have write for you because i have take attention to that (excepting a possible mistake when i have write your hal)

				hello, here I found the error, by placing the vfd, I inverted the + 10v and reference wires, now the inversion works, thank you and sorry.
now i will put your file back and test it with orient.
