DB25 pin 8 will reflect the inversion of encoder
0 input A when DB25 pin 7 is low and the inversion
or encoder 1 input A when DB25 pin 7 is high

Note that your switch as wired will not change the state
of the encoder input since the inputs have pullup resistors
and will rest at 5V when unconnected. For TTL inputs
you must ground the encoder input to change its state.

Sir,
Many thanks for your reply but my encoder have only had A+, B+, 5V, 0V  (TTL,5um) so in this situation can this work.

Thanks,

It should work
You should check that the encoder inputs have
valid low and high states
( < 0.8V when low and >2.4V when high )

Sir,
Many thanks for supporting me, one thing more also tells When I am building a LinuxCNC Step configuration for 7i85s and communicate  with it via the parallel port directly from the computer. Is  this possible?
If possible, then also tells for this purpose  in computer bios settings EPP to Be-directional  is required?

No, you cannot match the 7I85S pinout with a parallel port because of the fixed
directions of most parallel port pins

Yes, the 7I85S I/O pin directions do not match a parallel port

How are the 7I96 and 7I85S power jumpers set?
Do any encoder inputs work?
Did you verify that the high and low level encoder inputs were valid ?
(greater than +2.4V for high , less than +0.8v for low)
