Sir,
Many thanks for supporting me, now 7i96+7i85s is reads encoder correctly. But sir RJ45 (7i96) connector, green and yellow  lights permanently off, which reason these lights not working. 

 

Not sure, is it possible the resistors near the RJ45 and mounting hole have
been mechanically damaged?
