"Intel Celeron Inside" 1.7Ghz
Possibly this hard drive is broken. It was used ATA input.
On hard drive jumper for "master". I think it's right.

It should be able to boot from USB for sure, did you enable that in BIOS ?
Jumper should be in Master for the HDD and slave on the CD if there is one connected to the same flat cable.
Try removing the CD...

CD was removed before me. Possibly I need to look for new HDD.
And possibly my USB is 3.0, I think I need to use 2.0.
In BIOS USB is enabled but it's not "boot from USB". When I was PC in that time I used DVD-Rom. Possibly I need to use it one more time)))

You woukd need to find an old HDD from that era, something from 8.4 to 20GB should work, but not all 20GB do work, this i know from experience when i changed a failed drive on a Kuka KR150, out of 5 drives i had only 2 worked.

Tommylight, thanks I will take it to advance.
Have you had experiance to operate KUKA servodrives by linuxcnc? I think all their servos are beckhoff and use ethercat.

I had some experiance with used KUKA KRC2 robots 3 years ago. It was ugly job for me. All their servos was connected with RJ45 connector in EtherCAT-like manner. All laybels was hide on that servos.
But servos there are very powerful and mouth-watering for different automation)))

Hello,
I can open your tsm file, complete configuration is present.
communication with sercos could get heavy tricky.
What model of servo drives are this?
I will write about the ethercat parts later, i am out on tour a few days.

Servos are: KEB 12.F5A BD-3AIA with sercos interface F5.
I can upload files from that PC to google drive.
Currently I found new hardrive and new CD-Rom for PC. I will look for CD-R disk in stores to install Windows XP.0 I hope I will find them)))
In parallel I make virtual machine with WinXP and I installing TwinCAT 2 there to look for that files. As for me it's very interesting system that made on Beckhoff and I must to study how it was built and if I could build such systems on Beckhoff futher.
So if it so openned I think I need to buy better PC and to remove old one program to it. And to repair old program.

What is your actual target? getting running again with twincat? (you have to check if the plc programm is open, and that you have the gui the vendor coded...)
Or converting to linuxcnc? (to get running very fast, i would look for 'used' ethercat cards for the Kombiverts, don't wasting time on old sercos...)
