Hi need advice just purchased my first cnc (avidcnc) and with the plug and play eletronics at the moment its setup up for Mach4 but havent purchaesed it .Was interested in switching over to linuxcnc , I contacted Mesa through email but not getting any detail info but was told to use the 7192H so I can keep the BOB thats included without doing any rewiring .Any help advice would be really appreciated on how and what info I need ?

Purchased the 7192H Peter at Mesa sent me bitfile to work with the Bob, but unfortunately trying to find information how to load it to linuxcnc.

Read the 7i92 manual and replace the .bit file name to the name of the bit file PCW sent you:

I tried few times no luck
I typed ping 10.10.10.10 it connects if that means anything.

I'm not sure mesaflash is installed by default (though it probably should be). You might need to download it manually. Do a search for mesaflash here on the forum and you should be able to find instructions.

I thought mesaflash was included with LinuxCNC, but if not, its here:

You can install it with the quickstart instructions at the bottom of the page.
(note, you don't need to type these commands in, you can copy/paste
the commands into a terminal windows one at a time)
