Thank you all for all the inputs.. I want to try all, however our compressor is not repairable, so need to buy a new one to move ahead.. Will keep you posted..

Hello All,
Just to update,
1) Command M62 was not recognized by GRBL
2) Controlling the pressure of compressor improved the quality quite much.
Now we are planning to replace the Lead screw to ball screw and change motor to get more speed as we are hopeful that this will help in improving the quality further..

If you want GRBL advice this is the wrong place.
It's a bit like asking for Windows advice on apple.com
Though we are probably a bit less hostile.
If you want LinuxCNC advice ask here. If you want GRBL advice, ask there.
If you want general advice, then ask here. But the answer is likely to be "Use LinuxCNC instead"

Sure Andy, i completely agree with you. I have already started to move to linuxcnc. This is just a prototype. For linuxcnc i need to import mesa board, so to start with we used grbl..
