HiI an trying to get setup to use a router on my CNC table. I have it setup for plasma with QTPlasmaC and things are great. Now I want to start doing router work and have set up Axis, smoothed over a few bumps. But I am still getting an error (Parse_FILE_INTERP_ERROR) and cannot find an answer with Google, so here I am.I home the table then move to a location away from home and click on “Touch off” it brings up a menu with 0.0 in the window. I leave it on P0 and click on Ok and then I get the error. I get the same error for each axis. It does not matter if I touch off at the home location, I get the same error there too. This is the procedure I used with other tables and software, and I am just starting with LinuxCNC Axis.If I X out the error message and then can run the G-code I have loaded.

Thanks for the reply but I'm not well versed in linuxCNC and was looking for how to stop it from happening.

Open a terminal application (from the main desktop menu or try keyboard shortcut 'Ctrl'+'Alt'+'t') and type 'linuxcnc' (and press enter/return) then that should open the config picker and you can select your machine config. Then check the output in the terminal window once the error has occured and copy/paste that here.

I think this is what you wanted did not see an output or copy of the terminal window so I screen shot it.  I also attached the G-code but had the error with out loading it.
Thanks for your time

Not sure, I have no issues loading your gcode (after changing the extension from '.tap' to '.ngc'). Do you maybe have a python filter script set for .tap files?

Ok made progress I can load a G-code created with EstlCam and move the table to any location and touch off and run the g-code without a problem.  I cannot load or run a G-code created with SheetCam even with a NGC file type.  I did some changing in the INI file and had other errors, I attached some PDF files with info and screen shots of the error messages I got and the 2 NGC files.
Thanks for your time hope you have more good info in a reply.

Hal_plasmac_cut_feedrate is a plasma variable, but the GUI is not PlasmaC nor QtPlasmaC, so what gives?
