If it runs away you probably have the output polarity wrong
this is fixed by changing the sign of the analog output scalemax parameter
Also you should have gotten a fault that stops the drives before 5 inches of motion
unless you have the ferror limits set to many inches
(I would not set ferror limits wider than about an inch maximum)
also I would probably set FF1 to 0 and P fairly low to start (say 5)
