new pnc.config won't load in linuxcnc

the two yellow leds for power are on.
Here is the requested line.

Did you verify the firmware with

sudo mesaflash --device 5i25 --readhmid

?

OK, the firmware looks correct

Is the 7I76 5V power coming from the 6I25 or externally supplied to the 7I76?

the 7i76 is externally powered

OK so is the 6I25 W1 in the down position?

Also what are the 7I76 jumper positions?

w1=left
w2=down
w3=down
w4=up
w5=up
w6=up
w7=down

w9=up
w10=left
w11=left
w12=down
w13=left
also 6i25 w1 is down

No sure I understand, the 7I76 only has 6 jumpers
and they are all right/left orientation
