Tool Set is used for touching tools off on your workpiece,
For instance when you touch off in the X and press Tool Set, a box pops up and you enter the appropriate value, then when you press enter, it applys that value to your tool table.

I have gscreen installed on one of our machines. It is not ready for production yet as there are several alarms and errors. It looks as though everything works except the hardbuttons on the control. I plan on building a standard control however this one is not it. The hard Estop button works though which I am happy about. The jog wheel is not functiong and I cant change the jog increments or jog with the incremental touch screen buttons. Postion goto works just fine. feel free to tell me what I dont know

Can you post the INI file.
I bet you didn't add the jog increment entry to the INI (TOUCY doesn't use it)
As for jogging - did you remember to click the on screen button 'jog' to enable jogging?

Yes not having something like :
INCREMENTS = .001 in, .01 in, 0.1 in, continuous
under the [DISPLAY] heading will cause the jog increments error. (it should mention the missing entry in the alarm page.)
I will fix it to add sane defaults.
For jogging the button is called 'jogging mode' and you must select an axis as well.

I pushed the increments fix, changed to the new layout of offsetpage widget and move the onboard keyboard to the center tab.

I almost have the run-from-line use cycle start to start figured out.
Well actually it's figure out just need more testing for corner cases.

You are correct once again. No "INCREMENTS" in the ini file.

What is changing about the offset page? I was also asked what the 5x on the offset page is for?
