the connection worth noting is the amplifier enable needs to be set as a digital pin
post your hal and ini files as attachments ,

forgive me for more information ...
you seem to have centre of each axis as 0 is this a delta or 3d printer ?
if it is a mill, it's usual to have 0 at left side of travel and at top of z
also you seem to have a different version of a TB6560 that i am aware of do you have a pdf of the manual
and can you see any version number .
also change
stepspace to 0 in your hal file
dirhold to 63100
you also have adir and and astep is this a spindle stepper ?
also see the wiki for the TB6560 V5
wiki.linuxcnc.org/uploads/tb6560_v5.gz
I'm sure you have the pinouts incorrect for your board , more importantly the amplifier enable pin
but due to the number of differences these particular boards have and indeed different pinouts to even the manual , they can become difficult to figure out

I contrôle all pin of thé parallèle port. All Is ok
With stepcomf all axis x y z well . I change thé speed And the vélocity to adapt With my motors And my mill.
When i test in stepconf i ear à little click in bordercard for every axis.
When i laught linuxcnc i click on estop ,clic on the "x". And after ">". At this moment i ear thé same click than Before With stepconf ,in thé screen i see all gcode move but not on my mill.
