Thanks mate,
That could be exactly it. Good spotting. I don't know how I missed it because each joint was a copy and paste of the other being 2 parallel identical joints on the one axis.
I'll fix it and try it out in the morning. 12:04am here.

I am not an expert but from what I see I think you have missed out the MAX_VELOCITY from join 2 I think it should be the same as Joint 1

Absolute legend mate. That was it. Like I said in my last post, no idea how I missed it. I was trying all these different combinations of homing trying to get it to work. The fact that everything worked as normal when I was manual homing, I didn't look too far elsewhere.
