Europe started to make some nice changes, i was surprised, it did not last!
Now they're back at f@kin up, again, using "russian office suite" or whatever that fiasco was and still is, jumping in the "age verification" bandwagon, etc, but the "stop killing games" hearing was quite refreshing as most of them did agree and show support, waiting to see if that goes any further.
On the last subject, Epic Games effed up by deleting the old games and later did come through and released them free, namely Unreal, Unreal Tournament and UT2004, i still have the original Unreal CD and the Voodoo 2 3D accelerator i got back in the days.

Well tommylight  I think the things shortly going in the positive direction was to distract people and hope it would
all die back down so they could return to screwing everyone over again. Really this is what happens when
governments are run like a business.
This is also what happens when legal is confused with ethical.

Could this become the snowball that starts the avalanche?
Do I dare hope for a world NOT overrun by big corporate subscriptions ?

Could this become the snowball that starts the avalanche?

I really hope so.

Do I dare hope for a world NOT overrun by big corporate subscriptions ?

This is happening, no matter what, they are paying huge amounts of money to shove anything and everything down our throats, and we are just taking it.
Until humans learn to control themself and boycott any such stupidity, we are screwed.

With some things a boycott is still possible.. The big problem I have seen is more times then not
they are either all doing the same B.S. and or buying up the logical alternatives so
you have no real choice. Plus they are usually heavily subsidized enough that they get a
bailout instead of collapsing. And to add insult to injury most people are stretched so thin
financially and or mentally that they just can't.

I know with me I had to stop watching certain YouTube channels because I was taking too
much of a mental hit from the never ending tsunami of doom and gloom that is honestly just
getting worse.

Lets face it most people soon will either become a slave or a criminal with how much the
worlds judicial systems are being perverted. Legal doesn't always mean ethical, and
ethical isn't always legal.
