the pin names in your XML are what are used in hal. Yours are completely different so it won't work. Bring them into line. 

Okay first of all thank you for all your help with this, I am very new to this and have watched countless hours of youtube on ethercat and a having a hard time finding solutions to errors. I have another error 
Failed to register PDO entry: No such file or directory
LCEC: master 0 PDO entry registration failed

Is something wrong with your account as i see it has been disabled twice till now?

Let's see what the EtherCAT master writes in the syslog when you try to start linuxcnc.
Can you please post the say last 30 lines from syslog? Command "sudo dmesg | tail -30"
Only the ones from EtherCAT are of interest.
