I solve the issue by making a custom tab and adapting the code snippets KCJ wrote four jears ago.

Strange. I have this kind of drive, and I didn't have any problems with it, although I didn't run it for long. Actually, when you buy it, it's initially sold as either closed-loop or open-loop, and the seller asked me about it when I purchased it. Well, I immediately chose the closed-loop one.

@royka Thank you for your reply. I have carefully read your answer, tried your plan, and finally decided to give up. Forgive me, this rookie, I really can't solve it.

Could you open halmeter from a terminal and select the pin plasmac.feed-reduction and then do another video. It should change to 60 as it begins each fillet end return to 0 at the end of each fillet.
 

I made a mistake by adding gtktooglebutton instead of hal_toogle, thank you very much.

I have attached a short video made with PEEK which shows the velocity increase at the last leg of the contour. Maybe this gives a bit more insight in the issue we're facing.

Normal buttons were created, but I copied these buttons from the 6 button examples. That's probably why it works. I think the reason why the toggle buttons are not visible is that I cannot add it to the configuration line you mentioned.
Secondly, I can change the ramps and limits from the gui, but no matter what I did, I could not change the calibration value.
There's probably something wrong somewhere

I don't have a problem with raising awareness about safety, there are a few post of mine on this forum where I have suggested safer procedures than what was being used. The statement I do not agree with is this one:

Linuxcnc ‘gate keepers’ should warn users that - software estops are not allowed - for safety sake.

It's enough of a struggle to try and keep the existing code base and its documentation even halfway updated with the volunteers we have. If you would like to add information about safety then I would invite you to add to the wiki:

No worries, this is distracting us from your main issue anyway. 
I really don’t know what is going on with the velocity as it works fine here. I will have a play in the morning and see if anything odd happens.
