You have :
num_encoders=4
but only 3 available so change that to
num_encoders=3

I had time this morning to test and after correcting a couple of bit file mismatches it loaded right up and seems to work fine .

I do not see anything that would prevent it from working.

Occasionaly I see this in the status line.

14:54:01 | hm2: Firmware contains unknown function (gtag-195)

But so far it has not effecting teh running of PP that I can see

I would wait to see if PCW can say waht the last message about teh HM2 means or how it may effect PP

PP V2.3.6

IF that is the error message meaning then the Card will not be compatible with PP.

Unfortunately it does mean that the card is not fully supported by PathPilot.
Gtag 195 = the SSR tag so the 7I96 isolated outputs would not work
