I was wrong, pins 13 + 14 are the problem (relay). My relay switches low which I completely spaced.
Doesn't seem to explain why pins 12,13,14 were acting strangely.

Pin 13 is input, pin 14 is output.

I know, just had them wired without power.
My entire TB3 output and common are all switching on and off; this clearly isn't a HAL or physical wiring issue. I'm wondering if somehow the board is faulty.
PCW, if you'd like to weigh in here; I have not even entertained the notion of messing with EEPROM

If the input common is switching you probably have a wiring or power supply issue

Isolated inputs are working properly. It's just the outputs that aren't working properly by switching on/off. I've pulled wiring and it doesn't seem to make a difference. I'll check my PSU, however wouldn't my inputs be switching too if it was my psu?

Are the hal pins for the outputs changing?
7I96 isolated output hal pins are:
hm2_7i96.0.ssr.00.out-00
hm2_7i96.0.ssr.00.out-01
hm2_7i96.0.ssr.00.out-02
hm2_7i96.0.ssr.00.out-03
hm2_7i96.0.ssr.00.out-04
hm2_7i96.0.ssr.00.out-05
7I96 isolated output hal pins are:
hm2_7i96.0.ssr.00.out-00
hm2_7i96.0.ssr.00.out-01
hm2_7i96.0.ssr.00.out-02
hm2_7i96.0.ssr.00.out-03
hm2_7i96.0.ssr.00.out-04

No, it's just the common pin. I erroneously read the GPIO instead of the SSR thread, my mistake. Power supply seems to be fine, but I'll try hooking it up to an isolated power supply just in case. It really is bugging me, there's no reason for it to be doing this. If hooking it up to a power supply doesn't work, does that mean the firmware is corrupted?

Not sure what you mean by the "common pin" (the outputs are individually isolated)
Firmware cannot really get corrupted and still load ( The FPGA checks the firmware when its loaded and will detect any changes from the valid original image )
If you have wired one side of all the outputs to a power supply pin (your output common) and this output common is not stable relative to the other power supply
pin, this is not something the 7I96 has any control over.

NO!
It does mean something is very wrong with your wiring and/or power supply or one of the drives or....................

In halshow: hm2_7i96.0.gpio.011 is switching between in /in_not (does this matter, am I reading the pin wrong?)
I don't believe I've tested this pin because it is the common and it didn't seem to matter. GPIO pins 0-10 are working as well as SSR relay pin hm2_7i96.0.ssr.00.out-00. (My mistake for reading the SSR as GPIO)
I believe that one of the issues was a Z soft limit of 0.25, which I have increased. The files Islander modified for me seemingly corrected this, I will check these files again to isolate the issue further.
