Just reading through your post and one thing you have to realize is that there is a very helpful team here to help you but they are not paid tech support. If something does not work it is up to you to try and systemically diagnose what is going on and only then post what you have tried and not tried to help narrow down the problem.

I have just realised that in one of your configs you are using Mode 0 and in another you are using Mode 2 which is the correct one?

i tried all three modes and not a single one works
i get it if i want to use mode 1 or 2 i need an encoder
but when using mode 3 it say twopaas error even when i have twopaas = on in my hal section
and it also says MY ARC OK PIN DOES NOT EXIST no matter if its 15-in or any other pin

If you look carefully at the last error message you posted it says parort which should be parport.

opps yeah you are right that was indeed a silly mistake but correcting it doesnt chnage anything
at last i have to comment out my arc ok and torch-on pins and finally it runs
but as soon i uncomment them it says pins 8 out not found or 11 i not found

For the torch on you have lower case O instead of zero
