Unfortunately that didn't work either, it must be following symlinks.
Open a terminal:Hopefully that will be it...
Edit: Are you using Buidbot or RIP?

cd linuxcnc/configs
tar -czf pats_plasma.zip pats_plasma/
Edit: Are you using Buidbot or RIP?

Yes, next to the buttons at the bottom of the panel.
While you are at it, open a terminal and enter man plasmac and that should have the same version number.
