So I just tried the new file, still getting wild fluctuating voltage readings from 120-160 When the machine is sitting idle. I’ve tried going over every connection and it even does it with the thcad unplugged from the 7i96 board. With the thcad unhooked it does vary more scrolling from 20v to 8-900

Update**
When cutting with settings of 115v on the thc the voltage read from 240-270 constantly varying like it does at idle.

Compress the configuration folder and attach it here, screenshots of run and config panel, pictures of how the THCAD is wired and to what it is connected, etc.

I had trouble initially learning to edit files in Linux. I recommend using gedit, you'll be able to open, read, edit, and save the files with the original file extension.

If you install geany you will never use gedit again
sudo apt-get install geany

No editor wars here, I know when I'm massively out-gunned!
