Hey everyone i am having an issue with my plasma cutter, i finished wiring and hooked it all up, now when i turn the plasma's power on the torch instantly fires by itself. Also i have no ARC OK light on the interface in plasmac. any advice would be appreciated.

THC also looks to be reading voltage so that's a bonus. the config folder is attached below if needed

For the torch try reversing the wires to SPINDLE ENA- and SPINDLE ENA+

Are you getting a Transfer light on your machine?

Maybe they output a voltage...

Disconnect the SPINDLE ENA- and SPINDLE ENA- and measure with a meter to see if the output a voltage when they get a torch on signal.

is it normal for the torch to still fire without the cnc port connected aswell? would the ARC OK not lighting up on the interface have anything to do with it?

No, I wouldn't think so. Is it a hand torch with the trigger stuck on?

You won't get an Arc OK until you have got a proper cutting arc, so you would need the torch to be at pierce height above some material.

Without a connection to 3 & 4 on the CNC port it shouldn't try to activate the torch.
