The Voltage Offset on the Config Panel seems to be odd if you are using a THCAD.

Not sure if this is relevant but I noticed you have not got any P value under the THC

my offset should be 3,675.0000 which shows in the files but not in the panel.

What happens if you enter 3675.00 in there, press the Save button then the Reload button.

I see that the Save button doesn't appear on your Config Panel. Edit your ini file and change [PLASMAC] FONT to a smaller font size.

Edit: the other option would be to get rid of the panel at the bottom of the screen.

So would the offset missing be causing it not to move at all?
Ill give these things a try tomorrow afternoon when i get a chance. Thanks

When you are cutting note what the THC leds at the bottom do.

Edit. Your cut is a 50mm circle, so around 158mm. You have a THC delay of 1.5 seconds which starts when velocity is 99.9% of cut velocity which is 4000mm/min (67mm/sec) so you cut will almost be complete by the time THC is activated.

So i changed the delay to 1 added in the voltage offset.
i took a couple of photos mid cut to show the thc lights just seems to not be active also showing the voltage varying depending on the warp in the metal.
i was cutting a rectangle 200x20 in this test. updated photos below. cheers

Notice on the second pic that THC Velocity Lock is on. This means the machine is not running at the velocity the G-Code file requested. I see that is shows as being 1999 mm/min.
