Nan - voltage was created by Tesremos
okay, so it dosent break it entirely. but its sure annoying.
attached are a few photos of the probe.
i close and open of linuxcnc MIGHT fix it. but some times it takes upto 10 close and reopen cycles before voltage is a real number and the machine can run without a sweet colision straight off the bat.

I have seen that reported before but I haven't been able to duplicate it.
Would you be able to install a hal component to test something?

I just wish I could replicate it. I fed your numbers in my sim config sevaral times and can't get it show -nan
I was trying to find the other post about -nan but I just saw that it was PurduePete which you already know about. Is he still having this issue or is it your machine or both?
If this makes no difference could you compress your config and post it here.

hes still having the issue.
it pops up.on mine, but it dosent overly bother me opebing closing opening closing till i get a good start.
but he runs a production facility. so its down time for him.esp if someone other then him.is running the machine.
ill install the comp and report back.
