Torch doesn’t move when voltage changes was created by Aldenflorio
I finally got my machine up and running. Everything is working good, though I still need to do some fine tuning. The only issue I can’t sort out myself is this.

I have plasmac set up and I’m using the proma 150 thc. But the torch doesn’t react in the change of voltage. I figured that I just had to adjust the tolerance, but I can’t find anywhere where it lets me configure the thc tolerance

Have you enabled the THC checkbox?

Yes. I’m using the Titanium plasma 45 plasma cutter from harbor. But it’s on 120, so maybe the that’s contributing to the issue?

While cutting, check the right side of the LED's
- THC enabled should be ON
- THC UP DN should go on and off as requested from Proma 150
- THC velocity lock should be OFF
- THC void lock should be OFF

I don’t have void lock, and I don’t have velocity lock. I have velocity anti probe

In the “run” Tab there’s THC, under THC I have the disable enable and air buttons. Then I have “Velocity Anti dive”. I have no clue what it does.

I’m reading the manual of the proma 150 and it might be something I have to set on the device itself

On the Proma set the lowest values possible.

Lowest voltage set point? Or one of the other settings?

I just found this: www.forum.linuxcnc.org/49-basic-configur...etup-issues?start=10

If this is still relevant I can use this
